Due to the issue of the virus, there have been many interruptions to business and other workplaces. Here, at MindLink Psychology we are doing our best to ensure that we are able to still see patients in a safe, clean environment where there is limited to no risk of getting infected. In order for this to happen, we need to work together to keep the office safe and clean by following the procedures listed below:

If you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms of the corona virus, please refrain from entering office to prevent other clients and staff be infected.

Discuss alternative options to see a clinician. (e.g. telehealth or telephone)

Please contact the office on (08) 9388 3350 to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment.

We are encouraging the following hand washing practise for all individuals entering our clinic, including clients, visitors and staff:

  • Wash hands or use of hand sanitiser on arrival
  • Wash hands with soap when using bathroom
  • We will do our best to make hand sanitiser available in all consult rooms

It is highly recommended that if you need to cough or sneeze into a tissue. If a tissue is not available cough or sneeze into your elbow. Dispose of used tissue immediately in bins provided, and thoroughly wash your hands after doing so.

Please refrain from bringing extra people to your appointments, unless specifically required to.

Please do not arrive too early for your appointment, as this will limit the time you spend with other clients in the waiting room.

Do not shake hands with anyone in the office. A simple hello is fine.

Avoid unnecessary touching of surfaces.

Wash hands before and after eating.
